3D Visualizer

Studio noor, a hospitality interior architecture design studio based in HCM City and Athens is looking for a 3D Visualizer to work on international hotel, resort, restaurants, bars and residential projects across Asia, the Middle East and Europe. The applicant should be interested in working in all aspects of the design process. The position shall be to be a member of the Design Team, working with the Senior Designers and Design Director in a team environment, developing the design.

Noor has an excellent reputation within the hospitality sector and provides interior design solutions to unique hospitality projects from Saigon to Milan.

Responsibilities:
This job description reflects the core activities of the role although there might be changes and adaptations. There is a requirement for the post holder to recognize this and adopt a flexible approach to work.
• To work as part of a team to develop the design from starting point through to built reality.
• To have good skills in 3D Studio Max and is able to work on corona software (applied to 3D Visualizer position)
• To visualize design ideas in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, physical model and/or other suitable media.
• Research via Internet, magazine, books etc. for relevant information needed for a project.

Years of experience: at least 2 year(s), having worked for international design companies is a must.
Minimum education level: Bachelor degree in Interior Design. Experience in hotel, resort, restaurant and bar projects is a plus.

Must have:
o 3DS Max and AutoCAD skills.
o Great visual presentation skills
o Ability to communicate concepts with hand sketches to 3D models
o Design thinking, creativity and concept design skill .
o Good written and oral communication skills (English).
o Good time management and organizational skills.

Nice to have:
o Collecting and providing designers with images, catalogues information, quotations, materials samples and specifications as per their request for the project.
o Should be self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly.
o Strong sense of colors/materials and atmosphere.
o Flexibility, diligence, reliability and responsibility are a must.
o Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
o Competence in organizational support, react well under pressure.
