We are looking for a junior 3D Renderer/ Architectural Visualizer with strong skills to join Iproplan Vietnam. The primary role of the Renderer is to create architectural visualization – 3D modeling and renderings. The designer must be proficient in setting up lighting, environments and texture-mapping architectural materials in 3Ds Max and be able to render with V-Ray.

• Work closely with the architectural teams in the preparation of 3D visualisation. Understand the concepts and initial design intent, and apply this into a graphic representation.
• Preparing 3D external and internal visuals on a range of fast paced projects from initial design intent to fully designed schemes.
• Undertake 2D image compositing, finishing and retouching operations after 3D renderings.
• Support the architectural teams on process of detail deployment on Revit or Autocad (only simple drawings).

• Graduated student in related field
• Good in architectural modeling, texturing, lighting and scene dress up
• Being able to respect tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Able to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change
• 3dsmax, V-Ray Render + Photoshop (mandatory), AutoCAD, Revit + Sketchup (basic)
• Passion for EXTERIOR or INTERIOR Creative
