Mô tả công việc
- Prepare photorealistic 3D renderings and construction drawing details
- Assist with designers in visualization and illustrate design for unique presentations
- Apply textures and provide appropriate lighting techniques to the models, create 3d models from architectural plans using appropriate 2d / 3d rendering software
- Enhance images and adding realistic effects creatively. Create 3d walk-throughts and fly-throughs suitable for professional marketing materials
- Produce and coordinate with designers/external parties involved to ensure visualization meets required design approach
- Review and modify visualization according to feedback from designers and client

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Must-to-have:
- Ideally 2+ years of experience as 3D rendering and experience across AutoCAD, Autodesk 3DS Max, Adobe Photoshop, VRay and Sketchup
- Architecture and/or Interior Design knowledge/experience is an advantage
- Organized and able to track multiple work streams and prioritize tasks by urgency / impact
- Hard working and self-motivated
- Be a fast-learner and possess high responsibility
Nice-to-have:
- Low-poly 3D modeling for gaming / realtime rendering is a big advantage
- Goo written English is a plus
