REPORT TO: Senior Art Director
TEAM MANAGE: ESP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with creative internal team and other department to visualize campaign concept, demo mockups, events/ activation and bring the concept to life
• Deliver artworks in 3D materials in a wide variety of styles that correspond to the client needs, with different brands and marketing strategy.
• Interacts closely with art director & other team members but also could work independently
• Adheres to client budget and time constraints
• Presents new ideas to internal team or to clients sometimes
• Monitors projects through all phases of production

WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 2+ years of work experience in the 3D design field (events/activation)
• Always keep exploring and aim to try the new trend, with ability applying for practical artwork is a-must
• Understanding of communication field and event process, event material
• Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense
• Understanding of Brand Marketing and know-how align art-work with Brand guidelines & Marketing direction
• Be rationale to explain to colleagues and the team, never say NO attiutde
• Good teamwork spirit. Always keep calm and positive attitude towards feedback
• Knows how to support his team, but also knows when to ask for support.
• Attention to details and enthusiasm for pixel-perfect work.
• Basic English communication.
