Mô tả công việc
• Create high-quality 3D Animations of OBJECTs (productions of the company)
• Create sequences of shots from storyboards and/or script pages to enhance the story
• Animate OBJECTs by making solid creative choices for physical movement on limited axes and at limited speeds
• Create complex motion camera for scenes - camera layout
• Create animatic and other media for internal reviews and client approvals
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to ensure creative intent is being maintained throughout a project life
• Work closely to the guidance of the Senior to grow and develop the team, as well as implement working methodologies and manage large projects
• Coordinate the visual effects output quality control to ensure the clients’ requirements are met
• Communicate clearly and timely with all members of the team

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1) Essential Skills
• At least 1 year of experience as an Animator
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Autodesk 3dsMax and V-ray
• Be able to read and comprehend in English (at least TOEIC 500 or equivalent)
• Ability to understand shot continuity and maintain consistent style throughout project
• Have solid knowledge in Photoshop, especially in texture and 3dsMax
• Have knowledge in shading, lighting, rendering, animation, composition and VFXs
• Good communication skills and strong time management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive mindset, great team-player attitude
2) Preferred Points
• Knowledge of rigging, skin weighting, and constraint systems
• Knowledge of UV creation and layout methodology, with working knowledge of texture creation and shade types
• Ability to modeling complex objects
