2D Game Artist

• Create a wide variety of 2D art assets, including characters, environments/background, icons and UI elements from concept to production art
• Prepare art assets for animation
• Coloring line art
• Ensure that all art assets follow the strict requirements for file size, color palette, and in-game performance
• Support marketing and promotional initiatives with 2D art
• Work closely with the team in support of creating new content for the game
• Get involved in all levels of the game creation process, from design to debugging, in small production teams

• Strong Art Foundation (anatomy, perspective, value, color, light, etc.)
• Proficiency with Photoshop /and or Illustrator
• Excellent understanding of anatomy and movement
• Strong drawing and coloring capabilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Open-minded and outward-looking
• Interest in the mobile gaming industry
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Good critical and artistic sense
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure
