Mô tả công việc
• Marketing of the Company
• Organising topographic and geo-technical surveys
• Liaison with Vietnamese authorities regarding approvals requirements
• Architectural design of Projects according to relevant standards
• Drafting of engineering design by others
• Design co-ordination with engineering disciplines
• Administration of and compliance with the systems laid down in the Company quality control system.
• Preparation of schedules and monitoring of both design and construction progress
• CAD drafting and plotting
• Maintenance of the information library on products, contractors, consultants
• Quantity Measurement, cost planning and QS support
• Site Supervision and Management of Construction to ensure compliance with design documents and instructions.
• Checking contractors and suppliers shop drawings
• Co-ordination of approval of contractor proposed materials and equipment
• Processing and recording Contractors ‘Requests for Information’
• Monitoring safety issues on site
• Maintenance of Project Records
• Drafting of minutes, correspondence etc.
• Transmission of Drawings, documents and keeping of records
• Compilation of completion and maintenance documents
• Recording of printing expenses
• Organisation of printing of promotional materials, brochures etc
• Translating of documents
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Expertise in using Photoshop, AutoCAD 2D
• Minimum 3 years of experience
