• Liaise with service vendors, factories, external customers and internal customer to assure timely goods delivery.
• Handle full set Im-Ex documentation and present Bank document independently and in time.
• Perform transactional posting in system in a timely manner.
• Do document filing.
• Handle tasks that his/her superior assign.
• Listen and obey to his/her superior on priorization of jobs and resources

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• College education;
• 1-3 years relevant work experience in export (especially US and EU market) trade.
• Possess good knowledge in Vietnam export customs formality;
• High sense of responsibility and urgency;
• Can work well to meet deadlines;
• Good computer knowledge (e.g. words, excel, powerpoint);
• Good at English skills;
• Experience in SAP preferable.
• Hands on Im/Ex documentation and bank document experience.
• Basic knowledge in shipping practice.
• 1-3 years relevant work experience in export (especially US and EU market) trade.
