Mô tả công việc

* What You Will Do
As an Operation you will be responsible for the movement of customer’s air shipments. You will be the main point of contact for coordination between customer’s shipment exports, customs brokers, and carriers.

* Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Receive inquiries from customers and oversea offices.
2. Receive bookings and prepare documentations.
3. Coordinates with carriers and suppliers.
4. Contact with shippers/consignee to arrange cargo delivery.
5. Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service.
6. Confirm selling rate and issue billings.
7. Follow AR and AP.
8. Others jobs per request on demands.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. New graduate students are accepted
2. Must be fluent in Chinese (01 person) and English (01 person)
3. Rapidly react to changes and work under pressure.
4. Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
5. Pro-active, strong organizational skills.
