Mô tả công việc
· Perform the reviews for existing and new customer accounts for creditworthiness and set appropriate risk ratings and credit limits
· Perform daily credit checking and releasing of blocked orders
· Follow up dispute cases with the sales team as well as related stakeholders
· Collaborates with sales team and customers to mitigate marginal risk situations and escalates to Manager when appropriate.
· Collection management assuring all activities to cover customers debt (incl. proactive collection)
· Coordinates with Sales team on collection issues.
· Documentation and follow-up of payment promises
· Manage write-offs, bad debt provisions and rebate to customers
· Oversees accounts deemed high risk and in financial stress and coordinate Sales and other internal stakeholders on appropriate
action.
· Ensure receivable balance ties to customer’s book and all items are reconciled if necessary.
· Management of legal affairs relating to debtors
· Ensuring credit and collection policies

Yêu cầu ứng viên
· Minimum 5-7 years experiences in Account Receivable Management
· Fluency in English and Vietnamese
· SAP knowledge is preferred
· Knowledge in VAS, IFRS and Invoice Management
. Strong communication skills
