Mô tả công việc
- Develop and execute digital marketing programs and all paid media channels (facebook ads, google ads ….) to push new users and scale a business
- Planning, budgeting, reporting for all paid media channels
- Collaborate with other departments (designers, content, merchandising, sales/marketing, tech) to manage ads performance and meet revenue KPI
- Establish key metrics for success in attribution model, capture and analyze the appropriate social data, insights, best practices, act on the data
- Responsible for targeted Email Marketing strategy, creative and distribution
- Collaborate with the marketing agency’s advertising and marketing initiatives
- Website, landing page, app performance tracking & supporting:
+ Support tracking and measurement of online efforts, while identifying trends and developing recommendations through Google Analytics and other reporting
+ Work on user experience and ease of navigation for each website
+ Build landing pages for seasonal campaigns and display ads
- Line Manager: Marketing Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 3-5 years experience in social media, all paid social platforms
- Extensive knowledge of digital media best practices
- Must be reliable, work well under pressure and able to consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Professional appearance and manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Publisher)
- Extensive knowledge of digital media best practices
- Must be reliable, work well under pressure and able to consistently meet deadlines.
