Mô tả công việc
Community Management:
- Take responsibility of recruiting, maintaining relationships with outside partners and potential partners of Lixibox: beauty bloggers, micro beauty bloggers, influencers, agencies...
- Managing our influencer database, coordinating seeding efforts, and managing results
- Maximize impact, integration and revenue of paid & earned influencer partnerships across owned channels.
- Living and breathing Lixibox community in order to encourage community participants, and to develop this community through content, alongside our creative team
Brand Management:
- Strategy & building guideline, raise brand awareness / brand positioning / keep check brand health / product launching/ maximize brand coverage.
- Product launching planning &execution.
- Take responsibility of branding content.
Content:
- Take responsibility of content for Lixibox Magazine, Facebook post, Facebook Ads, GDN,… to achieve ROAS
- Other duties assigned as needed.

- A True Influencer – someone who can effectively communicate and build relationships across all levels of beauty community
- An expert communicator – with the strong negotiation skill
- A charismatic character – who has a positive can-do attitude; always willing to do what it takes to get the job done
You must have:
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in community management with proven track record (preferably in cosmetic/ fashion/ media)
• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, economics or related field
• Experience with social listening, publishing and reporting tools; Understanding and experience working with analytics and KPI tracking
• Engaging personality.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter; capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment
