- You manage the recruitment process and hiring pipeline; Workable for some roles and all internships.
- Chase team leads to follow up on the most promising candidates and update each candidate on their application status.
- Sponsor and visit job events for students and starters; organize in-house events with a clear or casual emphasis on promoting Lixibox as a potential employer.
- Constantly check new recruitment platforms, events and other channels Lixibox could use for employer branding and recruitment purposes.
- Carry out initial screenings and interviews (phone/video call/telepathy) to get a better feel for whether candidates could be a good fit.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Set up Lixibox for future success by constantly challenging existing processes, developing and executing a recruitment strategy and proactively identifying talent for vacancies that don’t even exist yet.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Hands-on recruitment experience from an international (creative) environment, start-up company is essential (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
- Excellent with excel and Microsoft Office in general
- Hands-on experience with recruiting tools including internal tools like Linkedin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
