Mô tả công việc
• Work with Sales team to set up weekly/ monthly working schedule, to follow up the approved working schedule, keep remind to ensure on time effective result
• Follow with Sales & Marketing team on Promotion scheme
• Follow up with new orders, keep track all conversation with Distributors, co-ordinate with other related departments to finalize contracts, get the contract to be signed off, in-charge documents filling;
• Register promotion campaign with Government for both Mkt team & sales team with 64 commercial departments nationwide (64 provinces)
• Follow up with Sales, distributor, accounting team the result of Promotion, comparing with approved scheme, consolidate with distributor, dealers to request payment.
• Reconcile all Promotion scheme with Accounting team to give recommendation for Sales head, Mkt head to utilize the budget
• Sales order
• Forecast and actual analysis daily, weekly, monthly
• Follow up PSI with distributor, dealers
• After accounting team release aging report, follow up with sales to clear aging stock
• Update arrival goods time line for HODs
• Other request by Manager (if any)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree
- Having at least 1 years of relevant experiencing computer’s software
- Hard-working and high rese in foreign or multinational company
- Good in speaking and writing English & usinponsibility spirit.
- Familiar in using SAP is an advantage.
- Expert in excel
- Having at least 1 years of relevant experiencing computer’s software
