- Solving problem to assure the manufacturing quality.
- Make Production standard.
- Planning, determining, coordinating, and controlling production processes to be able to ensure good quality
- Planning of manufacturing facility and equipment
- Planning equipment / building maintenance activities
- Planning and implementing improvement activities for production processes, safety and environment
- Collecting information and taking actions to comply with the regulations related to production
- Planning and report Production Plan/Actual to manager.
- Support improve work according to Production Manager directives.
- The successful candidate will work at the factory at Thang Long II Industrial park, Yen My Dist, Hung Yen Province.

- Gender: Male, from 23 -35 years old
- Qualification: University graduated (Technical major)
- At least 1 years experience in related field.
- Can speak English or Japanese.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- High responsibility and good teamwork skill.
- Priority candidates live in Hung Yen province.
