- University degree in banking, finance, foreign trade and/or related fields;
- Fluent in English and able to communicate orally and in writing.
- Banking experience will be an asset
- Excellent knowledge of office and correspondence procedures; knowledge of standard computer software (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Customer service orientation
- Initiative, flexibility, adaptability, excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Ability to organize and be accurate
- Candidate must have the ability to prioritize tasks, manage a variety of responsibilities and shift priorities as required
