GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Check how clear the executive staff understands his/her job description. Provide necessary conditions to ensure that the job is accomplished with satisfactory results.
Study the job description prior to working for the first time. Execute seriously and strictly all job description's requirements
Check how the executive staff follows the job description and report to the manager, if needed.
JOB CONTENTS
Training new testers on SMHD test process following assignment of SQA Manager.
Training the new testers of the group on job by their first project.
Staffing test team for all projects of the group
Reviewing test documents for projects of the group, like test plan, test case, defect log, test report
Report on issues of test activities of the group to Business unit Manager and SQA

Educational level: Graduated from university
Professional qualification: Be trained in software processes and quality processes
Be good at reading, listening, and speaking English.
Have at least “02-year working
experience in Test leader and have taken part at
least 03 software projects
Having experience in financial, banking and wallet systems is an advantage
+ Have background knowledge about fin-tech
Have capability to meet the quality staff’s requirement

- Salary and bonus as per company policies: $1200 - $1800
