02 Sales Admins

The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
Sales administrator job:
• Working with sales team to handle PO, Payment, Shiping notice, etc.
• Internal procedure to set the price, make purchase order, key-in data on system, check import process
• Summarising sales progress and report to supervisors
• Organize and store Contract & Agreement

Order Management:
• Receiving order from customer and checking available inventory
• Replying shipping schedule after checking with SCM team
• Checking payment from dealers, follow order with SCM team until delivery finished

Checking process & Handling Settlement:
• Checking PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) reports from dealers
• Summarising marketing expense (Salary, sales promotion, incentive) by monthly
• Collecting receipt / claim sheet from dealers for settlement

Other tasks:
• Streamline current job process routinely
• Summarizing and well-visualizing collected market information and internal data

• University graduation
• Have at least 1-2 years' related working experience
• Skillful in Excel; Experience in software operating skill such as VBA, Tableau is an advantage
• Good English communication skill
• Cooperative, proactive, committed attitude
