Mô tả công việc

01 for ONCO business
01 for Ethical & OTC business

*** ONCO business:

- Achieve designated sales target for assigned territory,
- Execute marketing/brand strategy prescribed by PMT;
- Plan and budget for existing products along with executing brand strategy;
- Maintain cordial relationships with key customers;
- Provide guidance and support to ASMs & MRs in execution of sales processes;
- Provide inputs for new products from conceptualization to launch,
- Drive all pre-launch processes for own region.
- Conduct post launch audit for new products.
- Follow and practice marketing code and Internal Compliance process and guide team.


*** Ethical & OTC business:

- Will be directly responsible for Dr. Reddy’s Ethical & OTC business across central & south Vietnam, with additional responsibility to support distributor handling business in north of Vietnam
- Coach and supervise team of 14 MRs & 3 ASMs based out of (HCMC, Danang & Can Tho)
- Implement CRM to build sustainable relationship with KOL & KBLs
- Analyze sales and provide feedback to the team on weekly, Monthly & Quarterly basis
- Work on new business opportunities, products and territories
- Facilitate listing in the hospital for selected products
- Should lead by example - need to work extensively to develop strong work culture
- Implement marketing activities and ensure desired results
- Ensure compliance with company code of conduct
- Achieve set goals in sales and marketing

Yêu cầu ứng viên

*Experience- Minimum 10 Years experience at supervisory position in Sales & Marketing of pharmaceutical products.

*HQ- HCMC

*Edu / Exp Requirement: Graduate in Pharmacy / Medicine only

*The incumbent should –
- Be fluent in English communication
- Have good analytical skills & strategic thinking
- Good territory & customer knowledge

* For ONCO
- Education & Experience – Pharmacy /Medicine degree with experience in -
- Multi-national company in Oncology speciality.
- Experience as RSM/ASM in Oncology team of reputed company with experience of managing sales team.
