02 Purchasing Staff ( Hung Yen Factory)

I/ WORK LOCATION: Thang Long IP II, Lieu Xa, Yen My, Hung Yen

II/ JOB DUTY
1. COST CONTROL:
• Control material cost and implement Cost Reduction (CR) activities:
- Get quotation, make analysis and get approval from BOD;
- Find potential suppliers to achieve the price and quality target;
- Localize imported parts in order to reduce material cost...
• Co-ordinate tightly with other departments related quality problem and follow up countermeasures from suppliers;
• Make schedule to audit suppliers about quality, manufacturing process.

2. DELIVERY CONTROL:
• Control order quantity & delivery plan and negotiate with suppliers for best plan to catch up production plan and minimize inventory;
• Co-work with Warehouse to feedback of delivery problem and claim to suppliers;
• Co-work with PSI team to adjust order quantity or delivery plan if production plan change;
• Control material and part: check shipping documents, import customs clearance...

• University graduate, major in Economics.
• Good communication both in Vietnamese and English OR Japanese
• 1 - 2 years of experiences in Purchasing job.
• FRESH candidate with good ability can be accepted.
• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good teamwork, active, careful, patient and honest.
