Mô tả công việc
- Assigning guide (French/German market)
- Making the operation programs and solve all the problems arise for French/German files
- Preparing the document for guide on tour
- Pre-checking services to make sure all services are reserved before client's arrival;
- Dealing with trouble which may happen on tour implementing
- Updating the change of tour & inform to supplier about changing
- Quality follow up
- Making the visas
- Co-operate with Accounting Dept. in payment to suppliers;
- Making the operation programs and solve all the problems arise for French/German files

Yêu cầu ứng viên
The successful candidate should be:
- Vietnamese;
- BA or MBA in Foreigner Language, Hotel & Tourism Management or other related majors;
- Good command of French/German is a must;
- Can communicate (spoken & written) in English is a plus;
- Good communication skills;
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Having experience in inbound travel (tour guide, operation, sales, reservation) is privileged;
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded;
- Flexible, be willing, creative and having a good sense of product’s evaluation;
- Hardworking, capable of working independently, overtime and under pressure.
* Benefit:
Working time & rest:
- 40 hours per week with flexible time option (8h30 – 12h/morning & 13h30 – 17h30: afternoon; off: Saturday & Sunday)
- 12 days of annual leave entitlement
