02 Nhân Viên Phòng Sản Xuất (PC & PE Staff)

1. Production staff (PC):
- To follow production plan.
- To control the quality and quantity products & manage workers in sector.
- To solve all problems involved to the production process
- To implement all Kaizen activities such as reduce waste time, reduce labor cost, cost down.
- To make production report weekly, monthly.
- To implement the training for workers, supervisor.
- To evaluate the workers, supervisor.
- To implement & follow the ISO systems in the division.
2. Production Engineering:
- Base on drawings of customers to design new parts: CPL, WS, technical STD, BOM…
- To make and training technician document: working instruction, EIS…
- Manage & monitor production process
- To implement all Kaizen activities in section
- Other job will be assigned by Manager.

- Male age from 24 – 30 years old
- University graduate with major in chemical/electrical or major relevant
- Have at least 1 years' experience in production section (PC, PE) (garment manufacturing is prefer)
- Good skill in using Microsoft Office, Auto cad
- Good command of English
- Have knowledge about technical drawings,Illustrator, photoshop...
- Good organizational & analytical skills
- Good teamwork and manager skills
- Good ability of communication, negotiation, have a high sense of responsibility
- Want to work long time in the Company.
