- To prepare, submit, and follow up with the submission of legal documents to the State authorities
- To research and prepare legal documents (contracts and others)
- To research and draft legal advice
- To conduct legal due diligence
- To participate in consulting and meeting with clients
- To translate legal documents and other documents from English to Vietnam and vice versa
- To conduct document filling
- Assist in other legal projects/ works of the company (if requested)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- To hold university degree in law
- To be fluent in English
- To possess strong research capabilities
- To be able to analyze critically and logically
- To be able to work under pressure
- To be proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet.
- Working experience from 0 - 2 years
Salary & Benefits: To be negotiated
