Mô tả công việc
C&B
Check monthly timesheet of all staffs, input leave & business trip day in to monthly timesheet;
Summarize month OT off all staffs;
Make business trip for staffs, record & summarize monthly business trip allowance of all staff for payroll;
Set up interview appointment and schedule for HR manager
Open employee profile for new staff,
Arrange logistic for new staff such as: opening bank account, email address, stationery, name card, uniform, office orientation introduction tour,
Prepare training room as request of respective dept & HR manager
Prepare training record for all staff’s signature and make training record for audit
Make individual development plan based on the guideline & summary from HR manager, send to dept head for review/ comment and signature for audit
Update staff data information
Support HR manager during appraisal period
Work with Social Insurance regarding monthly report, making monthly payment for social insurance , reconcile month amount with SI
Prepare paper & claim with SI for all staff ( such us: sick leave allowance, maternity leave allowance, accident allowance)
Prepare necessary correspondent to SI for staff if needed
Open social book for new staff, manage social book for all staffs with record of hand over
Work with social insurance for social book completion
Prepare month increase & reduction headcount report & accident report (if any) to Ha Noi industrial management until
Register with tax office for staff’s dependent allowance
Arrange annual health check for staffs;
To work with AON insurance for claim medical expenses for staff
Updating contact list + all personal data information
Prepare recruitment and selection
Prepare and review labor contract for all staff.
RECRUITMENT
Support HR Manager to improve awareness level of the employer brand name; prepare and implement annual manpower planning and recruitment budget; promote the company as Employer of Choice; have available talent resources and fill all vacancies on time as well as help on/off boarding process.
Support HR Manager to follow up training plan, individual development plan stipulated by MBV, record competency framework, training needs, prepare annual training plan and budget.
Any other HR task and responsibility assigned by HR Manager and Head of HR Department.
