We are seeking for 02 full-time interns to support the VBF activities as follows:
JOB DUTIES:
- Consolidate comments from Working Group’s members regarding certain laws/ policies of the Government.
- Attend (both working-level and high-level) meetings and prepare the minutes.
- Translate and interpret in case of need.
- Logistic preparation for meetings: format/ printing documents, arrange translators/ interpreters and vendors for the event,…
- Update the website, which includes writing short news on VBF activities.
- Update WG’s membership list.
- Other admin works: book flight tickets and hotels for staff, manage petty cash, support to the payment process,…
REPORTING TO: VBF Secretariat
INTERSHIP PERIOD: 06 months (including 01 month for the probationary), starting asap.

INTERSHIP PERIOD: 06 months (including 01 month for the probationary), starting asap.

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Translation and interpreting skill
- Attention to details

- Familiar with MS office
YOU WILL GAIN:
- Working in an international environment.
- Communications skills with both international partners and the government.
- Participation in a variety of events organised by VBF which also gives opportunities to expand knowledge.
- Improvement multitasking skills.
WORK-HOURS AND ALLOWANCE:
- Working time: 9:00AM – 6:00PM from Monday to Friday with moderate extra hour due to workload. Lunch-break: 12:00 – 13:30.
- Travelling occasionally when required.
- Allowance: Negotiable
WORK-LOCATION: Office of VBF Secretariat, 3B Fl, Horison Tower, 40 Cat Linh, Dong Da, Hanoi
