You will work in HCM or Da Nang Branch that is depends on your location.
You will be part of a dynamic and youthful team with ample opportunities to learn and practice Internal Marketing & Communication for employees, put your skills and talents to good use, bring out new ideas, carry out your own solutions, and make your workday awesome.
1. Employee Engagement:
- Initiating and organizing internal-marketing activities & programs for company to increase the levels of employee engagement and retain key talents
- Building relationships and collaborating multi-functionally to understand and meet employee-engagement requirements
- Creating content and messages that promote company values and boost employee-engagement in the company through various digital channels (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, local job search websites, or others relevant channels)
2. Employer Branding:
- Building, promoting and protecting company employee brand as an employer of choice to potential candidates externally
- Serving as the key contact point with target universities and partners while maintaining positive relationships between them and company.
- Supporting in conducting HR Induction sessions to all new hires
- Supporting in conducting Exit Interviews and Turnover Analyses to define the focused areas of improvements
- Coordinating with HR to review the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) program on a yearly basis
- Making proposal of changes (if need be) to ensure C&B programs of company to remain competitive in the market and attractive to talents
- Providing ad-hoc support (if any) to accomplish team goals

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Well-experienced in internal communication and employee engagement
- Owning business- and customer-oriented mindset
- Able to motivate, influence, and persuade at all organizational levels
- Working well and accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines, budgets and targets
- Good communication and presentation skills as a public speaker and MC for activities.
- Creativity and good organizing & planning skills.
- Excellent writing skills in both English & Vietnamese
- IT industry background is a plus
