01 Operation & Customer Service Executive (URGENT)

- Làm báo giá dịch vụ hiệu chuẩn, bảo trì, sửa chữa và các phụ tùng thay thế cho người sử dụng và cập nhật tình hình các báo giá mỗi tuần.
Make quotations of certification, maintenance, repairing and spare parts to end users and update the status of the quotations.
- Theo dõi định kỳ mỗi tháng với các đại lý cập nhật giới thiệu dịch vụ hiệu chuẩn bảo trì về danh mục các sản phẩm mà đại lý đã cung cấp cho người sử dụng.
Regularly monitor every month with dealers to update, promote calibration and maintenance service according to the product list dealers sold.
- Gửi thư điện tử định kỳ mỗi tháng đến với các khách hàng người sử dụng để giới thiệu dịch vụ hiệu chuẩn, bảo trì các sản phẩm của công ty Esco Việt Nam.
Send regular emails every month to end user customers to promote certification and maintenance service package of Esco Vietnam.
- Làm hợp đồng dịch vụ hiệu chuẩn, bảo trì, phụ kiện gửi cho khách hàng xác nhận.
Make service contracts of certification, maintenance, spare parts to send to customers.
- Báo cáo các hợp đồng dịch vụ mới (cuối mỗi ngày) trong group Viber với ban giám đốc.
Report new service contracts (end of the day) to Viber group with BOD
- Gửi các đơn hàng dịch vụ mới từ khách hàng đến bộ phận logistics để sắp xếp đặt hàng cho bộ phận tương ứng bên trụ sở chính Singapore.
Send new service orders from customers to logistics department to schedule to place orders to HQ Singapore.
- Cập nhật và tổng hợp tất cả dữ liệu trong các file excels hằng tuần để báo cáo cho quản lý.
Update & consolidate all data in excel files on weekly basis for submission to Manager.
- Kết hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận liên quan: bộ phận đặt hàng nhà máy Singapore, bộ phận giao hàng, bộ phận kế toán để hỗ trợ việc phân phối và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh khác.
Closely combine with related departments: post sales Singapore factory facing, post sales customer facing, accountants to support delivery and handle other occurring issues.
- Hỗ trợ dự phòng cho văn phòng Hà Nội khi người phụ trách bộ phận tương ứng nghỉ phép.
Back up support for Hanoi office when the person in charge of the respective department takes leave.

- Graduate from college / university of economics, foreign trade, foreign languages, ...
- Have sufficient experience in customer service field (especially on laboratory equipment, medical equipment, pharmaceutical equipment).
- Having basic technical backgrounds is a must
- Having experience in technical translation and marketing is a plus
- Having experience in import-export area is advantageous.
- Having at least 01 - 03 years of working experience.
- Good command of English (communication, writing and comprehending skills).
- Well organized, excellent customer service skills; self- motivated and willing to learn.
- Good attitude, hard-working, honesty.
- Able to work independently and team work.
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Willing to work on Saturday or on weekend / holiday (if required).
- Commitment to work for long term.
- Working location: District 7, HCMC, Vietnam.
- Working time: 08:30 a.m to 06:00 p.m from Monday to Friday
- Available to work immediately
