01 MFG Supervisor in Yen My, Hung Yen

- Control operation of all production processes: Logistics, In-house, Motor assembly to be deployed in accordance with production plan towards to target of SQCD.
- Control and manage human resources from recruitment, training, assignment, evaluation and promotion. Organize team and assign its right and responsibility when needed.
- Understand company direction of mid-term, long term, then align it with monthly plan to subordinates. Then check progress of each activity, summarize result monthly and report to manager.
- Lead the launch team to prepare new model production and follow up initial period in order to make sure smooth mass production. Be in charge of explaining and presenting at each event (DR) about preparation situation.
- Promote and control project of kaizen, changing adoption (ECI) or correspondence.
- Promote frequent activity of Human resources development (HRD) by internal and/or outside training course
- Lead the ISO team to maintain implementation and keep system updated.
- Support manager to control all activities of MFG dept.

- Male, Graduated from university specializing in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
- Must have at least 5 years experience working for foreign manufacturing companies
- Experience working as Suppervisor
- Advanced level both Vietnam and English language, knowing Japanese is an advance
- Possess mind of collecting, analyzing data for problem-solving
- Must have good skills of PC, such as Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook
- Good communication, interpersonnal skill
- Have the intimate knowledge of Japanese culture
- Good knowledge of establishing and maintaining ISO system.
