01 Marketing Executive

- Contact with relevant people in universities, hospitals, preventive medicine centers... to organize seminars for sale staffs of Esco Vietnam to conduct at end users’ locations.
- Prepare and send Certificate of Attendance to end users after participating in seminars.
- Coordinate and arrange trade show & convention such as exhibitions, workshops, conferences etc with/without relevant dealers across Vietnam.
- Translate brochures, user manuals, service manuals etc from English to Vietnamese.
- Write articles about company's activities in English and Vietnamese to post on the website.
- Manage Esco Vietnam’s social accounts on Facebook, Twitter etc.
- Manage marketing materials in stock & negotiate with marketing suppliers to ensure the best printing costs and fast delivery for replenishing into the stock.
- Collaborate and support to provide marketing document & information such as events/ activities & ad-hoc analysis/report to other departments to ensure smooth daily workflow.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.

- Graduate from college / university of economics, foreign trade, foreign languages, ...
- Having at least 01 - 03 years of working experience.
- Experience in translating technical manuals, user manuals is a plus.
- Good command of English (communication, writing and comprehending skills).
- Well organized, excellent customer service skills; self- motivated and willing to learn.
- Good attitude, hard-working, honesty.
- Able to work independently and team work.
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Willing to work on Saturday or on weekend / holiday (if required).
- Commitment to work for long term.
- Working location: District 7, HCMC, Vietnam.
- Working time: 08:30 a.m to 06:00 p.m from Monday to Friday
