01 HR Staff in Yen My, Hung Yen

*HR & GA IMPROVEMENT JOBS
- Assist the supervisors to develop and implement the company's HR policies and regulations
- Assist the supervisors to promote and strengthen compliance activities in the company

* MAIN HR DAYLY JOBS
- Input and manage the daily attendance and overtime
- Calculate salary and benefits
- Monitor and implement Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance matters
- Assist to recruit, interview and select employees to fill vacant positions
- Other tasks as required by the supervisors.

* MAIN GA DAYLY JOBS
- Manage and control service suppliers such as hotel, car rental, taxi, cleaning, pest control
- Assist to prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents
- Arrange and coordinate in meetings and events (customer/guest visits, the company’s events…)
- Other tasks as required by the supervisors.

* MAIN SAFETY JOBS
- Take a lead in management of Safety Committee's activities
- Carry out activities to meet the company's health and safety goals and the government's safety and health requirement
- Other tasks as required by the supervisors.

- University graduate under 35 years old
- Having at least 2 - year working experience in a similar position, preferably in foreign-invested manufacturing companies
- Good knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory requirements in Vietnam
- Demonstrated experience in HR process, policy and management.
- Good planning and organization skills
- Good command of English
- Good at MS Office applications, especially Power Point, MS Excel and MS Word
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Quick and good problem-solving skills
- Active, honest, compliance-minded, hard-working, careful, detailed-minded and high sense of responsibilities
- Can work overtime and under high pressure
- Residence in Hung Yen province is preferable
