Mô tả công việc
1. Office assistant:
o Take care of the office
o Prepare business travel procedures for employees if any
o Managing office cleaning and building services
o Monitor the use of properties
o Assistant to the accountant: cash management, preparation of payment voucher
2. HR:
o Manage the recruitment of the company
o Make procedures to report monthly social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance to the insurance agency
o Preparing insurance booklet for new employees to Hanoi authority
o Monitoring and settling social insurance policies and benefits for employees
o Payroll
3. Project assistant:
o Set up, manage contract
o Take care of the office

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor degree.
• Experience in positions of Adminitrator, Human Resources assistant, Account assistant or relevant
• Hardworking, responsible, strong problem solving skills, attention to details
• Excellent command in MS Words and Excel
• Good communication in English. Mininum Toeic 600 or equivalent
• Able to work effectively with both Vietnamese and expat
