- Update the car milage, petrol, toll fee...
- Make the payment request for HR section suppliers
- Update the overtime record for all employee
- Control uniform, lockers of company
- Receiving phone call from outside
- Visa, residence card and work permit application for foreigner
- Hotel booking, air ticket issue
- Recruitment and training for new OP and staff,
- Make offer letter and probation time contract
- Support Asst Manager/ Manager in the HR & GA works

- Gender: Female
- Living in Hung Yen Province.
- Graduated from college or univeristy, major in Business Administration or related fields.
- Have at least 1 years experience in the same position.
- Good communication in English.
- High responsibility, good at teamwork; hard working, enthusiastic, honest and having a serious attitude in work.
