01 Delivery Section Manager

* Manage and ensure all delivering activities that be carried out smoothly
+ Make Material plan for all factory (components, sub material from suppliers). Tracking documents and ensure right day, right the amount.
+ Check stock periodically, manage in-out stock, inventory reports, purchase report,...
+ Compare the number of purchasing/ sale of components/ packaging (box, pallet,...) with the customer/supplier.
+ Manage in/out stock number, stock card and inventory
+ Manage forklift and other equipments relating to delivery
+ Arrange tasks for storekeeper
+ Build and maintain relationships with customer
+ Other tasks will be discussed via interview.

+ Female, age is from 27 to 40 years old
+ Graduated from University, major in Economics, Accounting
+ At least 3 years experience in delivering and controlling stock job at FDI
+ Proficient in English or Japanese and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Exel, Power Point)
+ Have knowledge of ERP software is prefer.
