Mô tả công việc

Duties:
• Understand and Implement overall recruiting strategy
• Source and recruit candidates by using candidate tracking system, social media, networking,…
• Screen candidate resumes and job applications
• Conduct the entry test, interview and follow up the candidates
• Build and implement activities to broadcast brand name of Company for talent attraction
• Implement the orientation training for new hires.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Education and/or Experience

• BS/MS in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related major
• At least 03 years of recruiting experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Familiarity with online job hunting websites (VietnamWorks, Itviec, Linkedin etc,)
• Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking system
• Proficiency in MS office and English
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills
• Responsible and proactive
• Ability to work independently
• Working knowledge of the IT industry is an advantage
