An 15 years of establishment company with No1 position in plastics industry, various offices in Vietnam, 10+ branches over the world is looking for a Recruitment & Training Specialist.
Recruitment
• Perform full circle of recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering...) for senior positions, managers..;
• Find effective candidates sources by all channels (online, offline, networks);
• Create and maintain a database of potential candidates to ensure a healthy pool of qualified applicants for the company;
• Evaluate channel effectiveness, improve quality;
• Make weekly, monthly, yearly records and reports.

• At least 5 years of experience in consulting or in-house recruitment;
• Proven experience in recruitment, have customer service mindset, result orientation, time management, smart and adaptive;
• Graduated from University or above;
• Fluent in English.
