Mô tả công việc
CORPORATE COMMUNICATION: 25%
• Create rich and creative content optimize for both online and offline
• Execute internal and external communications plans to serve business development purposes
• Prepare internal releases or newsletters, or write blast e-mails to members
• Prepare MKT proposal that to gear towards end users for each key product within portfolio, in line with strategy and targets within budget
• Execute CSR campaign/ initiatives
• Monitor and produce regular brand communications tracking
PRESS RELATION: 20%
• Collect information needed for company profile for publishing/ announcing purpose
• Draft scripts for company interview for company featuring on TV, newspaper, radio, offline events and the internet
• Pre-exist personal network with key personnel in media company and publications will be an added advantage
AWARDS: 20%
• Draft responses and collect supported documents for award submission process
• Propose relevant award organizer both locally and internationally
OTHER: 20%
• Execute Marketing communication programs to deliver communication objective
• Work closely with Digital, Creative, Marketing Service unit together with other internal depts. On developing marketing communication articles/ materials across platforms
• Any other duties assigned by management from time to time
SELF MANAGEMENT: 15%
• Self-motivated, proactive team player and independent worker with a can-do attitude
• To practice company values for continuous improvement in team management
• To demonstrate brand values in everyday life at work

Education:
• University Graduate – major: Business, Marketing/ Communications preferred
• Experience in brand marketing and promotions using broad marketing mix is a plus
Experience:
• Min. 3 years of working experience in communication, writing PR articles
• Demonstrate experience in banking and financial service is a plus
Technical skills:
• Creative and strategic thinker
• Clear communication skill, both written and verbal
General skills:
• Language requirements: Vietnamese – native, English – fluent – spoken and written
• Idea inspiring, creative energy
• Attentive to detail in fast paces environment
• Professional demeanor
• Strategically oriented
• Highly organized
