Mô tả công việc

Duties
• Be responsible for tax data/ document retention
• Be contact point with local tax in terms of issue & inquiry, tax compliance
• Be responsible for tax reports preparation (VAT, Irregular PIT, FCT, NRT…), invoice usage report
• Cooperate with Chief Accountant on yearly tax finalization
• Be contact point for all supporting need related to tax invoice
• Responsible for GL journal related to tax allocation at month end
• Comply with internal control policy and VAS on tax compliance on T&E claim document
• Ensure all accounting documents are checked, prepared and approved properly and recognize them in the correct accounts
• General responsibility in book-keeping and reporting of accounts receivable
• Follow up with AR collection and report to Chief Accountant

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Education and Experience
• Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting & Auditing/ Economics or equivalent major
• At least 3 years of experience in Finance/ Accounting/ Auditing, preferred in Tax and AR module

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Good Excel and English skill
• Highly responsible and ability to work under pressure
• VAS, commercial law, tax law, labor law in Vietnam
