[ Urgent] Sale Coordinator / Sale Admin ( IAI Dept )

IAI robot is No.1 electric actuator brand in Japan. It is developing year by year significantly with increasing demand for automation to minimize manpower and pneumatic equipment is being replaced by electrical actuator. Automation market in Vietnam is growing constantly, leading to IAI Robot development sale has also increase
To do IAI sale support, SUS member will be trained about IAI Robot, electrical device, automation machine professionally.
- Receive quotation request & make quotation
- Work with customer to make clear specification, model number
- Work with SUS oversea to get price, configuration
- Process customer’s PO
- Oversea purchase process
- Delivery schedule control
- Online technical support (model selection, basic information, simple issue)

- Age: Under 30
- At least 01 years of experience or above;
- Experience in one of these field: electric, automation, mechanical and Export Import (is preferred), purchase is advantage
- Education Level: University graduated (with relevant major will be advantage)
- Fluency communication skill in English.
- Good computer skills ( MS. Office, Internet, etc.)
- Hard working (IAI is new & large)
- Self learning (with support from IAI team)
- Independent working
- Critical thinking, negotiation skill, honest, patient & willing
