* Urgent! * Retail Credit Approval (Manager Level)

Job Purpose *
• Assist to manage Retail Credit Approval team and make sure the process is within the service level agreement.
• Ensure the approval of retail credit applications against the Bank’s approved lending policies and within the assigned credit limit.
• Ensure to deliver highest quality service to customer.
• Handle other daily tasks by authorized Manager(s) when required.

Key Responsibilities *
1) Process
• Review applications against retail credit policies for final decision to approve or decline application.
• Ensure the service standard is met, approval task is within the service level agreement.
• Manage quality check to identify the process gap to improve/ streamline processes and procedures.
• Handle additional tasks assigned, provide support to the team and/or other departments or projects assigned to an individual. These can be assigned based on business requirement at the time or a development opportunity or can be due to individual's volunteering.
• Assist other Sub Business Units to build up processes and systems.

2) People
• Assist to manage Retail Credit Approval team.
• Proactive participate in the Bank and team’ activities, contribute initiatives to increase employee engagement.

3) Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with all Group and Local requirements and internal/external Auditors.
• Ensure all e-learning and classroom training courses are completed on-time.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Banking
• At least 3 years working experience in credit initiation of Retail Banking products

• Good knowledge of Retail Banking products and services
• Good knowledge of fraud detection
• Good time management and self-discipline to execute assigned tasks within timeline
• Good credit sense and understand how to balance between risk and customer-oriented
• Good command of computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
• Good at written and spoken English and Vietnamese
• Hard working, strong team spirit, willing to support team members and work together to achieve the team’s goal
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Able to adapt well to new environment and to work/cooperate with other departments.
