Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to:
1. Organization;
2. Coordination;
3. Communication;
4. Reporting;
5. Budget management;
6. Event management & coordination;
7. Other duties assigned by supervisor.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Being awesome;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook);
• Project coordination experience;
• Likes having fun and appreciates good jokes;
• Has a pleasant and friendly style;
• Great capability of being serious & work hard when it’s needed and enjoying life otherwise;
• Great understanding of customer service and high product quality;
• Pays attention to details: anything worth doing is worth doing right, every single time;
• Ability to transform complicated things into simple;
• Motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools;
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a big smile;
• University degree;
