1. Check daily attendance, prepare monthly timesheet
2. Experience in PIT finalization (local & expats)
3. Salary calculation and payment
4. HR report: Weekly report, monthly report
5. Labor cost forecast
6. Do insurance of employee
7. Implement and report supervisor about task & duty
8. Discipline implement
9. Do all task and duty related Recruitment & training
10. Take care all task related evaluation for probation and continue contract and labor contract
11. Employee data update

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Female
2. Bachelor degree
3. Must have ≥ 05 year working experience as HR Officer
4. Good command of written and spoken English, knowing Japanese is an advantage
5. Have strong sense of responsibilities and able to work within tight deadline.
6. Have ability to work under high pressure, self-motivated, fast-learner, team work and team building.
7. Be able to work overtime.
