Mô tả công việc

Duties
• Define, customize the software development process in the projects based on the company process
• Monitor process compliance
• Periodically perform process audit and product audit
• Prepare QA reports and send to Managers or clients as needed
• Consult client, Project managers, other members for process, templates, checklists
• Track the implementation of QMS, CMMI, quality standards in departments and organization
• Train other members for the process, related tools and techniques

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant major
• At least 03 year experiences of software development process, quality assurance (QA) or similar role
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Knowledge of QA process audit, product audit, statistic, quality report and analysis
• Knowledge of QA system development and implementation
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills
• Responsible and proactive
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in English
