[ Urgent ] - Financial Analyst

• Analyze financial data
• Implement the cost controlling project
• Report, evaluate and forecast financial performance
• Recommend procedures in departments to improve business processes and transaction, and to minimize the risk where appropriate
• Perform ad-hoc audits if requested from Board of Directors and other functions; such as compensation in production, training, production statistic…
• Communicates with departments to collect data, analysis propose needed actions
• Participate in ad hoc projects required by Managing Director or Chief Accountant and support to seek improvement opportunities within the Finance Organization

***Requirements
Degree: Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in in Finance/ Accounting/Auditing
Experience: Experience: 3 years of working experience in Finance Analyst, for production company is advantage
English: Good English for communication in both written and oral form
Competencies:
• Familiar with manufacturing model, prefer candidate using AX Dynamic systems
• Proficient in Excel is required
• Analytical thinking, solution- oriented mindset and practical.
• Good communication skills
• Strong and confident personality
• Experience in describing, documenting and evaluating/analyzing workflows
