- Control the service suppliers of the company: security, canteen, cleaning, car, ...
- Manage the uniform for company employees.
- Manage the using of equipment, properties of the company.
- Build up the company related regulations, rules and welfares ... to be suitable with the company culture and Vietnam laws.
- Organize events of the company.
- Make the budget plan for General Affairs part yearly.
- Jobs related to the foreigners: house, visa, residence card, airticket, ...
- Other tasks as assigned by Higher Manager

- University degree, majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Laws, ...
- Have at least 5 years experience in same position
- Good at computer using
- Have good skill at communication, negotiation and management
- Have good planning skill, supervising, analyzing and reporting skill
- Fluent in English/Korean (Speaking and writing).
- Responsible, loyal, active, creative in job and confident personality/appearance
- Have at least 5 years experience in same position

Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
- Health insurance and Social insurance regulated by Vietnam Labor Law
- Transportation for work from Ha Noi to Bac Ninh will be arranged by company
