1. Digital ads content: Developing ads content details (own media/publishers) for campaign- Planing by monthly

2. Ecommerce Campaign: Create content for promotion banners, work with designer to design banner for SIS - Planing by monthly/ Optimate by Weekly

3. Production Development: Every month New SKU/store launching
- Writing content/collecting necessary material (image, details of information) of new launching SKUs and sending to Ecommerce Platfrom for on-site process
- Understand well the different point to revise sutbale content for each of channels

4. Stock Management
- Working with SCM team to check the current stock status and keep product performance on-site well on each of channel repetitive tasks everyday
- Review stock on e-commerce channels every week => plan to book reserve stock with SCM team

5. In-bound & out bound
- Ensure stamp & content of products listing on website consistently
- Follow up with internal Logistic team to make sure in-bound correcty & keep in timeline"

6. PO Shipping
- Prepared these following document/materials as below:
+ PO -if any (Receive from Ecommerce platform)
+ Packaging guideline
- Send all document to internal team & Logistic-Shipping team for executing shipping process

7. PO Management:
- Receiving the stock order/return order from Ecommerce platform
- Working with internal team & Logistic to check current stock and send confirmation to Ecommerce platform
- Sending PO to SLogistic team for executing shipping process
- Keep tracking and claiming return order with Ecommerce platform.

8. CRM
- Keep following with CS tool on each of channel
- Follow CRM program each of channel and support to processing: delivery gift to customer/KOL,...
- Follow and make report"

9. Report: Update and send Content/Product onsite/ inventory/CRM report by weekly- weekly and monthly

10. Ecommerce Adim: Support all doccuments of Ecommerce - if have any

- Have understanding of E-commerce industry at least 1 – 2 years
- Creative thinking and conversion optimization content Ecommerce experience
- Ability to monitor, maintain workload
- Hardworking, able to work under high pressure to meet deadlines
- Able to work well in a team as well as individually
- Ideally use of Adobe Photoshop, IDesign, UX, Dreamweaver,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A bachelor's degree in business marketing, Internet marketing or a closely related major.
