1. Inquiry window
- Response difficult inquiries from Technical support engineers of branches, to answer to the inquiries, contact with a related affiliates such as DSP, DIT, DIL and get technical information
- Make summary and analysis into Technical Library for further access
- Get new products information from DAV marketing. Create various presentation materials (draft PPT)
2. Planning activities for Technical support
- Management of Technical support regular meeting (once a month transmission of technical information of Head quarter)
- Issue summary of case studies. Send it as technical news
3. Support the internal special (technical) project or activity
- Support Lobby Task activity or technical project such as HO-JP, IAQ or software improvement activity
- Support Marketing for commercial equipment (Eg: Hanoi showroom operation, and establishment of Head quarter showroom.
4. Report
- Periodically report all customer support activities & analyse if needed for upper-level managers
- Report progress of projects that Sales department's proceeding
- Other related reports upon upper-level managers' requests

- Having 5-10 years experience in the commercial HVAC industry and are keen to solve problems by actively communication with related internal, external and oversea departments to achieve their goals.
*HVAC contractor/sub-contractor (Supervisor, Design) or manufacturer (A/C service, QC)
- Ability to communicate in English
- Age from 32-35 years old
- Management experience (more than 2 years) is required

- 13th salary, performance bonus (average 15-16 month salary/ year)
