[ HM MEDIA ] Account Associate / Senior Associate

I. PURPOSE
To take part in assigned project / campaign to ensure end-to-end delivery of HM Media services to our client in coherent with company values, standard of work and regulations

II. WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Act as contact point to client on assigned project / campaign: develop positive working relationships with all client touch points
• Promote & build awareness of HM Media's capabilities & service standard to existing clients and prospective clients
• Ensure clients’ needs are well understood, and objectives per project / campaign are delivered on-time-in-full
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
• Prepare post campaign reporting, including analysis and research

III. WHAT YOU BRING?
• Bachelor degree in any discipline, Marketing/ Communications is preferable
• Having experience in account management, event management, marketing communications, content creation is an added advantage
• Knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, competitor analysis, deliverable, scope and tasks
• Proficient in English speaking and writing communications
• Proactive, detail & customer-oriented, time management skills
• Ability to work with across teams to build strong internal & external relationship
