- Go to the HCM custom and check the changed law in various fields.
- Share and explain the changed law to staff lively.
- Coaching and training staff
- Have interview with staff and evaluate
(Need to explain the reason for evaluation and lead employee to high performance)
- Project management and report it
- Management staff (as overtime or transport expenses)

- Have knowledge of the flow of custom clearance service.
- Have leadership (communication skill, management skill, personal magnetism)
- Good at reading and understanding law.
- Have motivation to learn custom law.
* Nice to have:
- Have English skill or Japanese skill
- Have working experience as a manager in logistics industry.
