[ HCM ] 02 Air Conditioning Technical Trainers

- Study & Spend time for process of actual works from Business solution, Service, Maintenance to get experiences (3 months) in advance then come back Training dept.

- Support training material translation from English version to Vietnamese.

- Make presentation materials by Power Point (contents & information are available in catalogue, technical documents, current materials).

- Conduct technical training cource of Installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, Usage air conditioning unit (UP product: Split, Skyair, Package, VRV) by delivering presentation for training, explaining technical questions, guilding practice process for participants, controlling class schedule.

- Study, join training courses oversea, update & re-train to DAV employee & Customers.

- Business trip (if needed).

- Thermal & Refrigeration Engineer (GPA > 7.0)

- Dynamic, well-organized

- Communication English (Priority for speaking and Listening)

- Good for Microsoft office (special for Power Point)

- Priority for presentation skill

- Fresh graduate or more than 1 year experience is priority

- 13th salary, performance bonus (average 15-16 month salary/ year)
- 24/24 insurance, annual heath check-up; allowance for telephone, petrol
- Company tour, Year End Party
