1. 08/2019 to at current, I am QA Manager at Vietnam Trade Alliance Company. This company acts including distribution, logistics and producing the furniture for export. My jobs is including:

Maintain ISO 9001: 2015 such as internal audit, improving process
Training internal audit for audit team
Control products quality
Establish QMS for new factory about producing the furniture
Carry out announcing new products
Implement testing for new products
Coordinate all departments to comply with SOPs and policy of Company.

2. Sept-2017 to 08/2019, I am a Head of Operation at Backer HTV company. This is a FDI company of Sweden. The scale of company is 120 people. Major products of company are heating components for automotive industry. My jobs are including:

Head of QMS (ISO 9001:2015/IATF 16949:2016, ISO14001:2015, OHSAS 18001) and production
To set up new factory from China including layout, equipment and machines, training operators, process and production, HR, accounting, purchasing, warehouses.
To set up new factory including layout, using machines and equipments, measurement equipment, Lab room.
To transfer production line and system from original factory in China and set up them in Vietnam’s new factory.
To training for operators and QC/QA staff about worked skills.

Sept-2014 to August 2017, I was Head of Quality management system at IMV Company. This was a FDI company of China. The leading company in manufacturing products for baby care and mother care, supplying products and chemistry of Printing industry and medical equipment in Vietnamese market. The scale of company is about 500 people. I perform jobs including:

Head of ISO 9001:2015 system and quality assurance system.
To establish ISO 9001: 2015 system.

3. March -2011 to July-2014: I was a Production and quality management supervisor in Beton 6 Company. The leading company in manufacture of precast concrete products and construction of infrastructure projects in Vietnam. The scale of company is about 1,500 people. In this company, my main works were such as:

Production management:

Planning and establishing material and labor’s standard. Calculating labor’s unit price.
Analyzing and improving Manufacturing Process and Productivity.
Established Quality Control Plan for Products in the workshop.
Planning weekly production schedule for the workshop.  
Arranging and managing labors for production in the workshop.
To supervise employees to comply safety in the workshop.
Evaluating the results of employees about monthly activities 
Proposing seasonality employees for production plan to ensure the productivity.
Monitoring and solving problems of product quality in production process.  
Weekly and monthly report of production activities to factory manager.

Quality assurance (QA and QC):

Planning and deploying 5S standard for production workshops.
Training 5S standard and production processes for operators in the workshop.

4. June-2009 to February-2011: I was a QA staff at Thong Nhat Rubber Company. I experienced about QA/QC actions in this company.  My major works are such as:

Conducting jobs for maintaining ISO 9001: 2008 such as:  

Controlling CAR from internal, customer and reply corrective actions & preventive actions to customer. 
Maintaining documents of Quality management system in the production line (based on ISO 9001:2008/ TS 16949 system).
Supporting for training ISO System for employees in company.
Supporting QA Manager to establish ISO 14001:2005 and to achieve certification of ISO 14001:2005
And controlling 5S in the workshops. 
Conducting internal audits, supporting third-party audits.

Quality assurance (QA and QC) such as:

Controlling quality product is daily in production process.
Conducting statistical control over processes and statistical analysis.
Performing failure analysis on production process rejects by using SPC (Check sheet, Pareto,

Control Chart, …)

Following up daily the results of measuring quality characteristics to improve competence of process.
